I’m not totally convinced this was authentic. The tags looked different from what I’ve seen on the same item before, and compared to ones I know are legit, something just felt off. I ended up not really trusting it...

The site looks fine overall, but the designs feel a little too loud and kind of dated for me. I kept having to dig around just to find something simple I’d actually wear, which got annoying fast. I don’t know how many times I have to explain that I’m just looking for basic, clean pieces, but this really wasn’t it for me...

I ordered from evisu.com and the whole delivery process was frustrating. The tracking barely updated, and my package showed up way later than the original estimate. I reached out to support, but the replies were slow and felt generic. What annoyed me most is how it feels like there’s always some policy loophole that lets them avoid taking responsibility for delays, even when the customer is just stuck waiting. For the prices they charge, I expected a much smoother shipping experience. I don’t think I’d order again...

I ordered a pair of jeans from Evisu after seeing the brand around for a while and wanting to try them for myself. The ordering process was fine, shipping was normal, and when they arrived they looked decent enough out of the box. The fit was okay too, nothing terrible or anything. After wearing them a bit, though, I just didn’t feel like they were that different from other jeans I’ve owned. The quality is fine, but not amazing, and for the price I kind of expected something more impressive. it feels like a lot of what you’re paying for is the name.

Ordering from Evisu was such a headache. The site felt confusing, the payment page kept glitching, and I didn’t get updates until way too late. When I reached out to support, it took forever to hear back, which made me feel like I was just being ignored. The whole thing was more stressful than it needed to be, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I grabbed a pair of jeans they just weren’t it. The stitching looked kinda messy, and after only a few wears the fabric started feeling cheap. For the price, I was expecting way better, ngl. Don’t think I’ll be buying from Evisu again.

I sent my return in and thought the refund would be straightforward, but it took way longer than I expected. Support wasn’t much help either, mostly just vague replies. I also couldn’t shake the feeling that there might’ve been some hidden fee or extra charge involved, because the whole process felt a little unclear from start to finish.

I really wanted these jeans to work, but the sizing was way off for me. They fit way smaller than expected, and then dealing with the return felt like the goalposts kept moving, which made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.
